Visa Details

Visa Details for employees who travel overseas for business are recorded using this option. It records and monitors Visas expiry dates, issue dates and country issuing the visa.

Prerequisites

• Record the Passport number
• Country Codes

Rules and Guidelines

• When an employee is selected any existing visa details are displayed
• Details of any Visa information can be recorded directly onto the table, or drill down on the record.

• Information entered on this window could be accessible to the employee when logging into Employee Self Service.

Field Information

Passport Number*

Enter the passport number of the employee.

Visa Country

Select the country for the visa.

Visa Issued Date

This field displays the date the visa was issued.

Visa Expiry

This field displays the expiry date of the visa.

Comments

Any comments regarding the visa.

Drill-down Section

The drill-down section displays the above fields including the name of the user who changed the details in this window.
